I had a problem with my Robinson R66 on a trip from Florida to Boulder Colorado. It was a rotor RPM indicator that was erratic and it took a while to finally diagnose that it was the indicator which required replacement. Initially Robinson wanted us to send the indicator for them to repair while we waited on the ground, this for an R66 that is under new warranty. It then required help from the dealer to get Robinson to respond to an AOG situation, it was challenging. My experience with Century Helicopter could not have been better, they were courteous, highly competent and very detailed in their diagnosis. Of mention was Mike, their general manager and Phillip, their lead AI. Overall it was a positive experience in a stressful situation. I felt like I was an old customer that they were helping rather than a pop up visitor that they had never seen before. I will definitely use them in the future when the need presents itself.
