I recently had an experience with Mahavir consultants and I must say it was average. Their website was easy to navigate and the information provided was useful. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. The response time to my queries was quite slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
