I had a mixed experience with Álo. The overall service was average, but some aspects were great. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, the customer support could have been better. It took a while to get a response, and when I did, it was not very helpful. Overall, I think Álo has potential but could improve in some areas.
