One thing to say...Best customer service I have ever received in the auto industry! Had a repeat problem with a cat. After trying to speak on the phone with the original place of purchase (Jokes on me! it was not actually even possible as they have no phone number!)...called and spoke with Mike. After a brief conversation, I promptly received a phone call back from Mike, ensuring me that HE had just HAND PICKED the part and it was being shipped express at their cost to take care of this problem once and for all... all I can say is WOW!!!!! Thank you Mike, and thank you Bosal for putting a little pride back into this industry!
