The food at CALISTOGA THAI KITCHEN is average. I was expecting something more flavorful and authentic. The Pad Thai was okay, but lacked the traditional tangy and spicy taste. The green curry had too much coconut milk and lacked depth of flavor. The service was quick and attentive though. Overall, an average experience.
