I had an average experience with Grupo Casamia. While the customer service was satisfactory, I wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the furniture I purchased. Some of the pieces had minor flaws that were noticeable, and the designs were not as modern as I expected. However, the delivery process was smooth, and the staff was responsive to my inquiries. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
