I recently had the pleasure of staying at One and Only and I must say it was an average experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall service was not quite up to my expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but lacked some of the luxury amenities that I would have expected from a high-end hotel. The location was great, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, it was an average stay.
