I have been a customer of Kolej Poly-Tech Mara for many years and I can confidently say that their services are average. The quality of education provided is decent and the lecturers are generally knowledgeable. However, the facilities could be improved. The campus is sometimes overcrowded and there is a lack of parking spaces. Overall, it's an okay experience.
