I recently joined a gym in Albany and I have been loving it! The facilities are excellent and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I've tried a few of their group fitness classes and they're always challenging but enjoyable. The equipment is top-notch and there's a wide variety of machines and weights to choose from. The locker rooms are always clean and well-stocked with amenities. Overall, I'm really impressed with the gym and I would highly recommend it to others.
