My company used Energage for our Employee Engagement survey in 2019. They racked us over the coals on cost, never were clear on what was included in what we paid for, and when we switched to a new provider (Culture Amp - amazing) they wanted another $5,000 do give us an export of our data. They made promises that weren't kept and just fell stopped responding to my inquiries about a data export. Horrible company. There plenty of better options out there.
