I had mixed feelings about my experience with Simon g. On one hand, their jewelry designs are stunning and of high quality. However, I found their customer service to be somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, and the overall communication was not as smooth as I had hoped. That being said, I am satisfied with my purchase and would consider buying from them again.
