I have been involved with a sibling support group offered by Sibling Support Project for the past year, and it has been a wonderful experience. The group has provided me with a safe space to share my feelings and experiences as a sibling of a person with disabilities. The facilitator is very supportive and the discussions have been helpful in understanding and processing my emotions. I appreciate the anonymity and confidentiality of the group, as it allows me to be open and honest. I highly recommend Sibling Support Project's sibling support groups to anyone in a similar situation.
