A/E department a shambles especially if your taken...

A/E department a shambles especially if your taken there during night.
Some of the nurses uncaring.
Its not my job attitude.
Call bells not answered.Or answered switched off.
I will get someone else.
Long delays getting pain relief come in on gas and air
Ambulance.severe shoulder injury.Diabetic.no observations done for 2hrs
No name introduction staff.
A frightening experience.
Would not wish to go there ever again
