I recently utilized the services of a software development company for a project, and although the outcome was satisfactory, I had a few reservations. The lack of transparency and personal touch in the communication process made it somewhat challenging to track the progress effectively. However, the end product met my requirements, and I appreciate the effort put in by the team. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer experience.
