My daughter went to see BTS and was full of praise for the staff on duty that day.
She has been to countless concerts and sometimes the staff and security can be very brash and downright rude.
Not here though!!! She tells me that the staff and security on duty couldn't have been any more helpful and actually looked after the BTS fans.
Big praise to them because as well as the band you go to see the experience of the staff and venue also makes the day.
