I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate Industrium as average. The company website, industrium.com, provides good information about their products and services. However, I feel that their customer support could be improved. I had some issues with a product and it took quite a while for them to resolve the problem. Overall, Industrium is an okay company with room for improvement.
