As a long-time resident in the area, I have dealt with several property management companies, but none have been as unresponsive and unhelpful as the current one. The lack of communication and disregard for the residents' concerns is astonishing. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism. Hopefully, the association will consider replacing them.
