On-Q-ity is an average company. The overall experience was neither great nor terrible. There is definitely room for improvement in various aspects. The customer service could be more responsive and the shipping time could be shorter. However, the products offered by On-Q-ity are of good quality and serve their purpose well. I would consider using their services again in the future.
