I had a mixed experience with Gong Verlag GmbH. While their customer service was average and the website was easy to navigate, I had some issues with my order. The product I received was not exactly what I expected and it took longer than anticipated to arrive. However, when I reached out to their customer service team, they were responsive and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, I think Gong Verlag GmbH has potential but there are areas that could be improved.
