I bought tickets for Saturday and I dont know why i received tickets for tomorrow instead. I sent an email asking to switch and the person responded in a very rude way, I will paste it below:

And I insisted that It was not what I chose and the next answer was even worst. Seriously, dont you train your employees to respond properly and solve YOUR problems in a nice way? Super disappointed
