I had a mixed experience working at Aegis Peoplesupport, INC. While the work was challenging and the team members were supportive, I felt that there were some issues with communication and organization. There were times when the workload was overwhelming and the training provided was not sufficient. However, the company has potential and with some improvements, it could be a great place to work.
