I have been a loyal customer of Krieger Technologies for over 5 years and I must say their service is average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but there have been a few instances where I encountered technical difficulties. Their customer support team was helpful in resolving the issues, but the overall experience could have been smoother. I appreciate their efforts to improve, but there is still room for growth.
