We had our Strat Plan session here last March 10. ...

We had our Strat Plan session here last March 10. It's my first time visiting this hotel. The function room we booked for the entire day is Sinamay. Our reservation is for 16 pax.

Pros:
1. Very accessible and easy-to-find.
2. Surrounding modern conveniences.
3. Public transportation available in the area.
4. Beautiful interior.
5. Staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. 6. Restroom is very clean and well-maintained.
7. Function room is well-equiped and spacious.
8. I love the food.

Cons:
1. Hotel is a bit small.
2. A bit pricey.

Food:
1. For breakfast they served, tuna and bacon sandwiches, pancit Malabon and expresso. All good. Food is right outside our function room.
2. For lunch we had a buffet at the lobby. Food is a variety of western and asian cuisines.
- I personally love the fish in lemon sauce.
- Maya-maya cutlets and sauce is good. I liked it with the spicy sauce.
- pork loin needs more flavor but meat is tender. Mushroom served tastes really good tho.
- potato wedges were a bit salty for me but flavorful.
- pumpkin soup is creamy but I get to taste ginger. I think it's a bit more than expected. But it tastes a bit okay.
- beef needs to be more tender especially the one in mechado. Flavor is okay.
- Dessert bar is heaven!
-I personally recommend the ube cheesecake. I have never tasted anything like that. It's rich, creamy and addictive.
- I like their matcha mousse too!
-They also serve cakes, panacottas, mousses, creme brulee, leche flan, fruit tarts, healthier options of fresh fruits, crushed ice to mix with your choice of ingredients, chocolate fondue and meringue.

Value for money! I love this hotel. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family.
