As a former client of Alcoholism And Substance Abuse, I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the counselors were knowledgeable and supportive, and I appreciated their understanding. On the other hand, the organization lacks attention to detail in some areas. For example, the scheduling system can be frustrating, leading to missed or delayed appointments. Although the treatment itself was effective, I feel that the company could improve its administrative processes to provide a smoother overall experience.
