Overall, I had an average experience with Syrah resources ltd. The company website was easy to navigate, and the information provided was helpful. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them several days to respond to my queries, and when they did, the response was not very informative. I expected better communication from a company of their reputation. The pricing of their products was competitive, but I felt that the quality could have been better. I would consider trying out their products again in the future, but I hope to see improvements in their customer service.
