I had an average experience with Cactus and Tropicals Inc. The store had a decent selection of plants, but I found the prices to be slightly higher compared to other nurseries. The staff was friendly, but not overly knowledgeable about the specific care requirements of certain plants. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but I think there are better options available.
