I had a mixed experience with SayShaadi.com. While the website is easy to navigate and has a wide range of vendors, customer support was not very responsive. It took multiple attempts to get a satisfactory resolution of my query. Overall, it's a decent platform, but improvements can be made in terms of customer service.
