This happened at the Mueller campus

I moved 3 hours away so I had to take my last semester online. When I had to update my residency since I had not taken classes in year, I drove to Vero with all of my required documents. I wanted to make sure I was able to register for classes before I left and there was still a hold. The person "helping" me in computer lab assured me that it just takes some time to have my status updated and that by the time I got home I would be able to register for classes with no problem. It is now a week later and I have contacted every person I can get a hold of to help my fix the problem that shouldn't be a problem if the the people who work at IRSC do their job correctly. It is now too late to register because there are no more spots left. I have been taking classes at IRSC for the last 3 years and this is not the first time I've had a problem like this. I am so disappointed in how little they care about the students.
