I recently moved into a property managed by Coastal Property, and I have to say I am quite pleased with their service so far. The communication has been smooth, and the staff is very professional. Any maintenance issues I have encountered were quickly addressed. The only suggestion I have is that they could provide more frequent updates on the progress of my requests. Other than that, I am happy with their service.
