As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to work with a conference group for an event I was organizing. While their services were satisfactory, I must say that my overall experience was rather average. The company's website, conference-group.com, provided sufficient information and was easy to navigate, making it convenient to explore their offerings. However, the customer service I received was nothing exceptional. Although the representatives were polite and responsive, they lacked a personal touch and could have been more proactive in addressing my queries. The event itself went smoothly without any major hiccups, but there were no standout elements that set this conference group apart from others I've worked with in the past. In conclusion, while the company met my basic requirements, I would not consider them for my future events.
