🙂 I recently used a company to help me with some engineering permits for a project, and I must say that the service provided by this company was average. Although they were able to assist with the permits, the process was not as smooth as I had hoped. The website was easy to navigate, but the response time to my inquiries was a bit slow 🕒. The staff seemed knowledgeable and professional, but I felt like I had to constantly follow up to get updates on the progress. While they did eventually deliver the permits I needed, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency. Overall, it was an average experience. 😐
