Trident microsystems is an average company. I have been working here for a year now and while the work environment is pleasant and the colleagues are friendly, I have found that the management lacks direction and organization. There is a lack of clarity in the goals and expectations set for employees, which can be frustrating. However, the compensation and benefits package is decent and it's a great company for gaining experience.
