I've been using Tdg facilities services for a while now, and I must say that their services are average. The quality of service provided is satisfactory, but there are areas where they could improve. The response time for resolving issues can sometimes be a bit slow, and there have been occasions where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. However, their customer support team is helpful and friendly. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to work with.
