I have been a customer of Mittelbrandenburgische Sparkasse in Potsdam for many years and I can say that their services are average. The staff is friendly but it often takes longer than expected to get assistance. The online banking system is outdated and not user-friendly. Overall, it's an okay bank, but there is definitely room for improvement.
