As a customer, I found the customer service to be quite average. The staff seemed knowledgeable but lacked warmth and friendliness. The overall banking experience was satisfactory, but I would appreciate more personalized attention and a better effort to make me feel valued as a customer. The online banking platform is convenient to use, but it could use some improvement in terms of user interface and functionality. On a positive note, the location is convenient and the branch is well-maintained. However, I hope to see more engaging and customer-oriented initiatives in the future to enhance the overall experience. 😐
