I had a mixed experience shopping at Praktiker baumärkte gmbh. While the quality of their products and the store layout were commendable, I found the staff to be lacking in knowledge and professionalism. They seemed uninterested in assisting me and were unable to answer my questions adequately. I hope the company takes steps to improve these aspects of their customer service.
