My experience at Horseshoe Bay Resort was okay. The location was nice, but the service was lacking. The staff was friendly enough, but they seemed overwhelmed at times. The rooms were clean, but they could use some updating. The food at the resort's restaurants was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was an average stay, but I expected more from a resort of this caliber.
