I have been a customer of Servicenow for a few years now and I must say, their service is average. While they do have a decent website and provide some useful features, I find that their customer support can be lacking at times. The rate at which they resolve issues is not great, and communication with their team can be quite frustrating. Overall, I would say that Servicenow has room for improvement.
