After a run of bad experiences at dealerships I was shocked how good of service I received from Jesus (hay-sus) and his team. I work on my own machines and repaired a cut wire. I came in for a TIPM reset (which only the dealer can do) and the tech found that I had missed a second tear in the wire. Not only did I come in without an appointment, they didn't charge me extra for the repair that I missed. Most dealerships would have called me with a exorbitant quote for soldering a wire or worse they would have done the reset and left me with a torn wire only to have to figure it out later. Not these guys! They were fair, honest and surprisingly quick!
