We purchased 4 Pirelli Cinturato P7 runways with the 245/50 / R18 100Y DOT 2019 (costing about 3200 lei), and after only 500 km run, two of them hit the side. I contacted the company where they were purchased, sent them back for expertise, and after about 3 weeks they came up with an "accredited expert" response as if they accidentally had an impact that broke the flank and are not subject to warranty !!!
More folks .... how the hell to punch after just 500 km 2 tire ??? One right-front and one left-back ??? What the hell is the 24-month warranty ???? I call you and you walk from one department to another ... during this week I will file a complaint with Consumer Protection ... it's not normal! I thought if I took your Pirelli brand I made a good choice ... but what do you see ... total disappointment ... I'm waiting to be contacted by a representative on your part to clarify the problem !!!
