I am a customer of Caritas-säätiö and I have to say that it is an average company. The services provided are satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a response. Overall, I would give Caritas-säätiö a three-star rating.
