I constantly ask myself why I continue to pay rent...

I constantly ask myself why I continue to pay rent in this disgusting apartment. We have had COCKROACHES since we moved in and they continue to do the bare minimum to act like they care but they do not. The entire building is infested, yet they only spray in our kitchen like it's not a big issue- every apartment in the building has them- HELLO it's a big issue! If you don't live in one of their best apartment buildings (i.e.: Covington or the Lodge) and pay $700 a month, the only thing they care about is keeping you from complaining to incoming students so their maintenance people will kiss your butt, but they never truly fix any issues. We had holes in our floorboards that the bugs were hiding in and instead of treating the issue like a professional, the maintenance man covered the hole with caulk and called it a day.

Overall, they have way too many tenants for them to CARE about their paying customers. Don't even waste your time or money with this place.
