I recently used Multplx for my business website and I must say the experience was average. The website builder was easy to use and the features were decent. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say Multplx is an okay company for basic website needs.
