I am writing this review as a long-time customer of Thirty-One. Overall, my experience with the company has been average. The quality of their products is decent, but I have had a few issues with durability. The customer service is also just okay, nothing outstanding. The prices are a bit high for what you get, in my opinion. I might consider trying other similar companies in the future.
