I want to share my experience with The Mood Factory. Overall, it was a decent experience. The products offered by them were of good quality and delivered on time. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in their customer service. The staff was polite but not very helpful when I had queries. Considering the price range, I expected a better customer support. Nevertheless, I would rate them as average.
