The Optiwi-fi service has been average at best. While it gets the job done, the internet speed can be inconsistent and sometimes slow. I have experienced frequent disconnections as well. The customer service is polite but not very prompt in resolving issues. Overall, it is an okay option if you don't have any other choices.
