I had a mixed experience with Hai-tech e-store. While the products I ordered were of good quality, the delivery took longer than expected. The customer service team was responsive and helped resolve the issue, but it was still an inconvenience. Overall, I would still shop here, but I hope they work on improving their delivery times.
