I did purchased 2 tickets ($84) on October 24 th t...

I did purchased 2 tickets ($84) on October 24 th to use in Chicago on the 27th .,, I got immediately an email from WorldPay CARD transaction saying they approved my transaction but It was up to Couch USA to release my tickets ... so I never got my tickets and got charge on my credit card I keep trying to get ahold of them and keeps sending me a message that they didn t have my transaction . Please I need an explanation of all this mess and my money back ASAP
