I have been a customer of Portland Energy Conservation INC for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. While they do provide some energy-saving solutions, I feel like there is room for improvement. The customer service is not always the best, and sometimes it takes a long time to get a response. Overall, they are an okay company, but I believe there are better options out there.
