I bought a watch by mail order after having asked Mr. Augusto and Mr. Fausto by e-mail and telephone for explanations on the product.
I found the staff to be friendly, clear and very professional.
The shopping experience was quick and easy because the product arrived the day after the transaction was booked.
I received the watch in perfect condition, just like new as it was written in the ad, I have been wearing it for about 15 days and it is perfect !!!
